"cibo italiano", but this is the literal translation, but although not wrong by itself, "cucina italiana" ("Italian cookery") is the correct one for this section ("Ethnic cuisine"); in Italy, "cucina" with this meaning is in use: "cucina inglese" (English cookery), "cucina francese" (French cookery), etc.
